Helping you with the GREY issues

Speaking Grey is a community based non-profit creating education, awareness, and support for Mental health and Emotional Well-being.

What Do We Do

Mental Health isn’t  black and white. Often, people find it difficult to understand and acknowledge their emotions. Why they are feeling a certain way seems way more difficult, at times. To help one tackle the grey issues, we are here. We work at the grassroots level and aim to bring mental health to all aspects of one’s life. Through our continuous efforts, we are catalysing  action and conversation around Mental health and seeking support.

Help Us Help You

When someone asks you if you are feeling okay, don’t hesitate and tell them otherwise. It’s okay if you’re not feeling okay. Reach out to someone you trust. Sometimes, help is right around the corner. All we have to do is look around. If you’ve got anything to share, we are all ears for you. Drop us a message today!

Events and campaigns organised by Speaking Grey are insightful and informative with an aim to #breakthestigma. The journeys and recovery stories taught me that seeking help and treatment is important. Speaking Grey is a safe and the best platform to learn (and unlearn) and get educated on these issues that people neglect.
